We had so many family celebrations that I decided to compile all of them into one post. After PawPaw's Christmas, we celebrated with Jeremy's Pop. All of Jeremy's cousins and aunts and uncles came in from out of town for the weekend. We were missing some cousins this year because one is due any day now with a new baby and the other just moved to Florida and couldn't make it. We sure missed them! For some reason, I didn't end up with any pictures, but we had a great time! We always do the white elephant Christmas and it is always fun. We enjoyed visiting and of course ate a lot! Judson and his Nanna made sugar cookies for Pop's Christmas and here are some pictures of them having fun together.
Next we celebrated with Jeremy's Dad (Poppy), Meme, and Papa. We all met at Judson's Aunt Ashley's house and ate finger foods, played Bingo (a family tradition), and opened gifts. Judson got a remote control car from Papa, but Judson thought he was supposed to ride it
He also got his own lazy boy recliner from his Poppy and Connie. He LOVES his chair.
We decided to get the chair in brown instead of camo so it would match our furniture a little better. Here is a picture of Judson just lounging around watching a movie and having a snack.
We finished out the night playing Bingo and this was my lucky year! I think I won four games!
Then we celebrated with my Mammaw, Aunt Travonda, Uncle Sam and all of my cousins. We had the best meal ever! I will spare you the details because it would just make you hungry! Judson got to play with his cousin Porter, so he had a great time. We also have a white elephant Christmas with gag gifts. It is always so fun. We also played a fun passing game with gift cards and it was a lot of fun. Here are some pictures from this celebration.
The next day Santa came to our house! He brought Judson a battery powered camo four wheeler! Judson is still "in training" on how to hold the button down so he can ride. We had baked french toast and bacon for breakfast after Judson opened his gifts.
Finally we ended our celebrating the day after Christmas at Nanna's house. Nanna made breakfast for us all and then we opened gifts. Judson got a barking puppy (battery operated) from his Aunt Ashley and Uncle Cameron and two new cartoons to watch from his Uncle Timmy. Judson got a really neat tent with fun tunnels to climb through from his Nanna, but I think his favorite gift at this Christmas was his new house shoes.
After we all opened gifts, we were all worn out and took naps.
We had a great time enjoying family this year. We laughed a lot, ate a lot, and traveled a lot. We look forward to visiting all of our family again really soon.
