Mrs. Charity's Egg Hunt

We went over to Abigail's House for her annual Easter Brunch.  We had such a great time eating good food, playing with our friends, doing fun crafts and hunting eggs! It was a beautiful day to spend time outside with our friends.

We hit the party scene this last weekend and had some fun with many of our friends and family!

Big Fun with Granmosh

The kids and I went up to Frisco on Tuesday and spent the night with Granmosh. After a big breakfast of bacon and pancakes, we hit the road and drove to Glen Rose to explore Dinosaur World!

Our first stop was for lunch at The Riverside Cafe. It was a beautiful day, so we ate on the patio. After we had our fill, we went to see Dinosaur World in all its glory.  There were a ton of life size dinosaurs, all of which Judson 'read' the signs and named aloud.... Some very interesting and long -a-sauruses.

The kids dug in the sand uncovering dinosaur bones, and then dug some more to find little fossils. (They got to keep their favorite three.)  Then, they got to pan for jewels in water. This was my favorite part. It was so cool! We are going to tumble some of our stones and make necklaces!

After seeing all there was to see, we drove on to Dinosaur Valley State Park and went on a hike through the river in search of dinosaur footprints. We found them! It was so cool. Both kids loved walking from rock to rock through the water.

Later that night, we pulled Granmosh's Trailer to a campground on Lake Lewisville and camped for two nights. We fished, hiked, ate good, painted, sculpted, watched movies... You name it- we probably did it. We sure do love our time with Granmosh.
