Friday night, Jeremy and Judson went out to Uncle Tim's Farm for their first overnight tent camp. Jeremy said Judson had a ball! They set up their tent and built their campfire. Jeremy cooked hotdogs over the fire. Then they went on a nature walk. Judson saw a catalpa worm nest on a tree with worms all over it, so of course he thought that was super cool. Jeremy said Judson had waaay too much chocolate on his camp out, but that's what boys do. At camp before bedtime, they saw an armadillo! So cool. The next morning, Addie and I made a surprise visit to the man camp with donuts and coffee. Uncle Tim came out to eat donuts with us, too. Judson immediately started telling me all about his fun camping trip with Dad and couldn't wait to show me where he slept. (Please excuse all the beer cans in the pictures). Jeremy assured me they did not belong to them. ;) I was beginning to wonder just how crazy this camp out was! :)
While the boys did their man thing, Addie and I went out for mexican food with Nanna and Pop. Then we went to the mall to do a little shopping. Isn't that what fun girls do? Addie stayed up past her bed time, but it was girl's night and we had a good time!
