A Day at Mamaw's

The kids and I went to Mamaw's House to spend the day. We ate pizza and swam in her pool and listened to music. Tarn and Cason came to play, too and even Lindsey came to eat pizza with us on her lunch break.

Mamaw had some souveniers to give us from her trip to Hawaii. Both kids got a Ukelele and Addie got her first bikini!

Before we left, Mamaw let me go through a tub full of old lace and trim that belonged to my Great-Grandmother  Cordell. It was neat to look through it all and get to take some home to sew with. I've already made a pair of pajama pants for me using it, and I made a little felt baby bassinet and baby using it for Addie to play with.
