My Cousin

My cousin, Christi is getting married next Friday night!  She has found her Mr. Right, and I must say... they make a perfect pair!  My cousin Christi and I have grown up best friends and are like sisters.  I am so excited for her!

This last Saturday night, we had her Bachelorette Party at the farm. It was MY kind of party!  We had my Aunt Travonda's homemade lasagna (and y'all know I like to eat!)  We also all got to choose two spa treatments and it was TIME for me to have some R and R!  We had such a good time celebrating Christi and giggling like little girls!  Congrats, my Tarn!  I am so excited for you and I know Friday is going to be soooo awesome!

My Pal Hannah

As I was cleaning out the pictures on my phone and looking through old pictures on my computer, I found so many pictures that were too cute not to share. You see, Hannah is one of Judson's bestest buds. 

She's the kind of friend he doesn't mind sharing his cheetos with, and Hannah doesn't seem to mind sharing her M & M's with him, either.  Hannah and Judson go WAY back...

They learned how to drive together, too!

I'm sure they will grow up to be good buddies, too! We love you, Hannah Banana, and you are welcome to eat our watermelon candies any time! :)

Aunt Laci's Wedding

My little sister, Laci got married last Saturday at a beautiful venue in Murchison, Texas. Judson and I were in her wedding and the entire ceremony and reception turned out beautifully. I was Laci's Maid of Honor and Judson was her ring bearer.

I must tell you that I was totally stressing about my ALMOST two year old walking down the aisle and not misbehaving and ruining her big day, but Judson did a great job! At the rehearsal, I was already standing in my place at what SEEMED to be about five miles down the aisle from Judson as I heard laughter and I thought, oh my.... what has my son done???  They handed Judson his little ring pillow and he laid it on the floor and put his head on it like he was going to take a nap.  He did the same thing the day of the ceremony.  It was too funny! 

After laying his head on the pillow at the rehearsal, he stood up and held the little flower girl's hand for about three feet and then let go and took off running.  The day of the rehearsal, Jeremy walked behind the two of them and they both did wonderful (thank goodness)!  Way to go, Juddy!
Congratulations, Aunt Laci and Uncle Chris!  We love you!

Easter Fun!

On Sunday we all headed to see my family at their farm in Diana to celebrate Easter.  Jeremy's mom, brother, sister, and grandfather came with us this year to celebrate with my family, so it was a lot of fun.
My Aunt Travonda always does everything the BEST and she didn't let us down for her Easter celebration, either! First, we all ate hamburgers and hot dogs which was very yummy.  As soon as Judson started winding down and getting ready for a nap, a special visitor showed up. Here's a picture of Judson and his daddy as he just about fell asleep.

Then came the special visitor!  The EASTER BUNNY! Mrs. Bunny showed up with a special treat basket for all of the kiddos! Mr. Judson just walked right up to the easter bunny and smiled and carried on a conversation (in his own jibberish, of course). He LOVED her!

We had a big Easter Egg Hunt and Judson had so much fun! He was an old pro at egg hunting because he had already had practice from Mrs. Leslie's party.

Judson also got to spend some time with his cousin, Porter. They went for a wagon ride together.  We had a wonderful time visiting and relaxing with family and look forward to the next adventure.

Easter Party With My Friends

Mrs. Leslie had a fun Easter Party for all of us to come to and play with our friends and eat and hunt Easter eggs.  It was soooo much fun.  One of my favorite parts was getting to eat chocolate for lunch. Mrs. Kathryn made these cool bird's nest chocolate goodies that I LOVED and I got to eat one of my mom's cupcakes we brought, too!
Mrs. Leslie had all kinds of fun stuff for us to do! I made a hat! (Mom helped write my name on it.)

All of my friends came and it was fun to visit with them. I got a little overwhelmed with the crowd, and wouldn't leave my mom's side, but I eventually got over it.

The Easter egg hunt was soooo fun!  Mom didn't even have to explain what I needed to do! I just figured it out and found a lot of eggs!

Mom helped me to take some crafts. I made an Easter bunny using white paint and my thumb print, and I made a really pretty Easter lilly using my hand print.

My friends Hannah and Will hunted some eggs over by where I was, so mom got some pictures of them, too.  We all said, "CHEEEEEESE!" over and over until Mom left us alone.

Thanks sooooo much, Mrs. Leslie for opening your home to us and throwing us a fun party!  I had such a good time!

What We've Been Up To...

Judson found a hat he just had to have, (which was funny to me because he hasn't been one to wear a hat).  I decided to buy it for him and it hasn't left his head many times.  He sometimes wears it during nap time, too.  Here's a picture of Judson with his new hat on and his pal Woody (who is strapped in the buggy as well) on a trip to Sams.  (Judson is, of course, talking on his phone to his friends!)

Then Judson had his first trip to Chucky Cheese! Man, it was fun!  He LOVED all the rides.  We will definitely be going back. We went early before the crowd arrived and left with a new slinky!

Then we went to visit Aunt Penny (a teacher friend) out in the country.  Aunt Penny has horses and PUPPIES!  Her puppy's name is John Terrell and he is a little too hyper for Judson, so he had to stay outside, but Aunt Penny opened the window just a crack so Judson could pet him.

We talked on the phone to our friend, Hannah. (He jibber jabbers to Hannah all the time on his play phone.)

His friend Macy let him try on her pink shades.

And finally, we took a ride with Mickey Mouse on the fire truck at Wal-mart.

A Trip to Frisco

Grandmom and Grandad bought Judson tickets to go see Disney on Ice's Toy Story 3 show, so we went up to Frisco on Thursday and spent two nights.  We ate good, of course :) and had lots of fun visiting with Grandmom and Grandad.  First, we went over to the show.  Judson really seemed to enjoy it. It held his attention for almost the entire time, but close to the end, he started saying, "Bu-Daaaaa!"  over and over. That's Judson's version of I want down!!!!

After a good nap, Judson put on his overalls and we headed over to the JC Penny Headquarters to take some pictures in their field of beautiful bluebonnets.  Grandmom bought Judson a new airplane bubble gun, so of course he wanted it with him in some of the pictures.

Saturday morning before we left, Grandmom had a great idea to take Judson to the park.  He had a great time playing and getting some energy out before the drive home.

We had a wonderful time visiting and we always hate to leave, but we were missing Dad (Jeremy), so we headed on back to Tyler.  Thanks for the great time, Grandmom and Grandad!!!
