Dad's Annual Zoo Trip and Photo Drop

Jeremy usually makes the trek to the zoo with us at least once a year. :) He made that trip last Sunday.  We love having Dad with us all the time, but I must say- it was fabulous having his muscle there to pull the wagon up the hill to Africa. ;) Everyone enjoyed popcorn and a frozen treat at the cafe and then we made our way home.

A Week In The Water

On Monday, we went to spend the day with Aunt Ashley and Uncle Jeremy. We had lunch at their house and then headed to their neighborhood pool for some fun in the sun! Uncle Jeremy and Judson did a lot of "fishing" in the big pool while Addie, Aunt Ashley and I held down the fort in the kiddie pool. After swimming, we went back to Aunt Ashley's to enjoy a cherry starkiss and then headed home for naps.

On Tuesday, we headed to Canton to have lunch at Dairy Palace with our cousins! After our fried food bonanza, we headed to Splash Kingdom for the day and had a blast! Judson looooves his cousins, Porter and Tate and can't wait to spend time with them when they are in town. Addie and Cason just kinda bebop around and have a high ho time, themselves. Did I mention how much I loooove my cousin, too? I love spending time with her, too!

On Wednesday, we spent some time in the pool with friends. Judson jumped off the diving board for the first time! Addie just floated around like a bobber.

Call of The Wild!

Judson Ables is FOUR! I'm having a day where that seems so hard to believe!  We celebrated his birthday with his friends at Tyler State Park on Friday night. We all came out for hot dogs, dirt cake, and pinata fun and the moms headed home for the evening while Daddy's and friends stayed overnight in their tents.

The reports I heard- the kids (well Judson at least, ) stayed up past their regular bedtime. They each got a bag with a flash light, bug catcher box, glow necklace, and plastic cup- so they HAD to go bug hunting! After roasting marshmallows, exploring the lake area by camp, and sitting around in lawn chairs visiting, they all headed to sleep.

Mom and Addie Bop came back out the next morning with donuts and coffee. After eating breakfast,

the Dads packed up the tents and we all headed to the playground for some fun!

It was hot out there, but I don't think any of the kids were complaining. They seemed to have so much fun and I am so happy!
